What's Included

A Complete Install,
Not Just a Drop-Off.

A walk-in cooler is a building system, not an appliance. Panels, refrigeration, electrical, drainage, and code compliance all have to land together — and when one crew owns all of it, they do.

01

Site Survey & Access Planning

We measure the room and the route — doorways, stairwells, elevators — and plan the delivery before a single panel is cut. No surprises on install day.

02

Panel Delivery & Assembly

Insulated cam-lock panels arrive cut to fit and assemble clean on site — walls, ceiling, and load-rated floors locked square and sealed.

03

Refrigeration Mounting & Line Set

Evaporator, condensing unit, and refrigerant lines installed and pressure-tested — remote or self-contained packages sized to your load.

04

Electrical Coordination

Dedicated circuits, disconnects, and controls coordinated with licensed electricians — and we flag any panel-capacity upgrades during the survey, not after.

05

Drainage & Code Compliance

Condensate drainage routed properly, NSF-rated materials, and door hardware with safety release — built to pass public health and building inspection.

06

Commissioning & Walkthrough

Pull-down tested to temperature, controls verified, staff walked through operation — and you keep our direct 24/7 number for anything after.

FAQ

Walk-In Cooler Installation
Questions, Answered

On-site installation for most restaurant-scale walk-in coolers takes 1 to 2 days from panel delivery to commissioning, with minimal disruption to your operation. Larger or more complex installs — warehouse-scale rooms, multi-zone builds, difficult access — run 2 to 5 days. Fabrication ahead of installation typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from deposit, and we provide a detailed schedule with every quote.
Installation cost depends on unit size, refrigeration package, electrical scope, and site access — a basement install with no freight elevator prices differently than a ground-floor plaza. Every Titan quote follows a free site survey and itemizes each component, so you see exactly what you're paying for. Quotes are typically delivered within 48 hours of the survey.
Yes. We install walk-in freezers, coolers, and combination cooler-freezer units. Freezer installation includes insulated floor systems, anti-sweat door hardware, and low-temperature refrigeration sized to the load — see our custom walk-in freezers page for build specifications.
Most installs require dedicated electrical capacity, and some require mechanical or building permits depending on the municipality and project scope. We flag exactly what your project needs during the free site survey and coordinate the licensed electrical work as part of the installation — you're not left brokering between trades.
Yes. We handle removal of old units and install replacements to the same footprint — or a better one. If you're moving locations, our walk-in cooler relocation service dismantles, transports, and reinstalls your existing unit at the new site.
From our Mississauga facility we install across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara, and the rest of Southern Ontario. Site surveys in the GTA are usually scheduled within a few business days.
