What We Build for Flowers

Cold Storage Built
for Flowers

A floral cooler that blasts dry, freezing air ruins product. We build walk-ins tuned for cut flowers — steady temperature, high humidity, and airflow that never beats up your blooms.

Floral Display Coolers

Front-of-house walk-ins with glass display doors so customers shop your arrangements straight from the cold.

Humidity & Airflow Control

Evaporators and airflow designed for 80–90% relative humidity and gentle circulation — the conditions cut stems actually last in.

Back-of-House Storage

Working coolers for processing, bucket storage and holiday overflow, sized so Valentine's and Mother's Day don't overwhelm you.

Custom Design & Layout

We spec the box, doors, shelving and refrigeration around how your shop flows — see our custom walk-in cooler builds.

Why Flowers Are Different

Built for Blooms,
Not Just Boxes

Flowers hold best at 1–4°C with high humidity — a standard food cooler runs too dry and its airflow bruises petals and dries out stems. A purpose-built floral walk-in extends vase life by days, and that's margin you keep.

We know how flower businesses run: the display cooler customers buy from, the processing space in back, bucket and bulk storage for wholesale buys, and the surge capacity that carries you through peak holidays.

Every project starts with a free on-site measurement and ends with a fixed quote — no travel charges, no surprises.

Common Questions

Floral Walk-In Coolers — FAQ

What temperature should a floral cooler run at?
Most cut flowers hold best at 1–4°C. Tropicals like orchids and anthuriums prefer 10–13°C, so some shops run a second zone. We spec the refrigeration around what you actually sell.
How is a floral cooler different from a food cooler?
Humidity and airflow. Food coolers run dry with strong circulation; flowers need 80–90% humidity and gentle air movement so petals don't bruise and stems don't dehydrate. The evaporator and airflow design are different from day one.
Can you build a display cooler customers shop from?
Yes — it's the most common floral build. A walk-in with glass display doors up front so arrangements sell themselves, with working storage behind.
Can you fit a floral cooler into a small shop?
That's most of our floral work. We build to your exact dimensions — tight corners, low ceilings, awkward back rooms — instead of forcing a catalogue size into your space.
How much does a floral walk-in cooler cost?
It depends on size, display versus storage, humidity requirements, and refrigeration. We quote after a free site visit and the number is fixed — request a quote online or call to book.
What areas do you serve?
All across the GTA and Southern Ontario — including Mississauga, Toronto and out to Hamilton.
